Ann Wilson

Business Manager

Ann has over thirty years experience in support roles working in finance, legal, and childcare. Ann is responsible for the coordination of training events and their facilitators, along with the day-to-day responsibilities of liaising with the clients of People in Progress.

Terry Hawkins


Terry Hawkins founded People in Progress Global in 1989 with $167 after spending a decade in management roles within the apparel vertical. Her first client was Surf Dive ’n’ Ski, who had four stores at the time, and news quickly spread of People in Progress Global’s ability to generate results. She relocated to Los Angeles in 2010 to focus on scaling the People in Progress brand in North America.

Sarah’s passion for the phrase ‘train them don’t blame them’ has taken her through many roles across a multitude of industries over the past sixteen years. She has a passion for coaching and development, and draws her excitement from witnessing results as an outcome of the live training components.
